Apollo Group TV Device Setup Guides

Follow the steps for your device to add your Apollo Group TV credentials and start watching in minutes.

Samsung Tizen (Smart TV)

Use a player that accepts M3U or Xtream Codes.

   Install a listed app from the Samsung TV App Store and open it.

   In the app, find Playlist / Xtream API and paste YOUR_M3U_URL or enter PORTAL_URL, USERNAME, PASSWORD.

LG webOS (Smart TV)

Recommended players accept M3U/Xtream.

Use Amazon Appstore where possible.

Use the portal URL and your device MAC if required.

   Save and reboot. If asked, ensure your device MAC is registered with support.

Use plugins that import M3U into bouquets.

Use a desktop player and open your M3U.

   VLC: Media → Open Network Stream → paste YOUR_M3U_URL → Play.

Troubleshooting

  Buffering: use Ethernet or 5GHz Wi-Fi, restart router & device, try another player, or a nearby VPN server if ISP throttles streaming.

  EPG missing: enable/refresh EPG in the app, clear cache, confirm time zone.

  Login error: re-paste credentials exactly; ensure you’re using the correct method (M3U vs Xtream vs Portal) for your app.
